hello Seq answers!
I am a beginning PhD student in plant biology / bioinformatics at the University of Missouri. I am currently and RA at University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where I have been working for several months in between undergrad and graduate school. I have been working on affymetrix and other platforms of microarray for some time, starting during my undergraduate course work. I have just started working with sequencing data, and have been having a lot of fun, and a lot of frustration with it. Although time has shown that the longer you work with something the more fun it becomes. I think that I will be be pesky up front, but hope to contribute to other peoples issues as soon as I can gain functional knowledge.
