How to detect the pathways or do pathway comparison with the help of BGC's ?

Biosynthetic gene cluster ... from a previous post by @sushant.

@sushant: If you know the boundries of the clusters you surely you can get some idea about what that cluster is producing by looking at the genes present. This (and your previous post on a similar topic) are rather vague.
