Analysis of mate-pairs data (Ion Torrent)

Hi everybody,

I wonder if someone has experience with analysing data from mate-pair librairies and could share his/her experience with us ?

By looking at the TMAP help on the Proton server, I have seen that there is a "mate pairs" option in TMAP (--pairing 1) but it seems that it isn't under active development. Has someone here already tried it ?

I would be really interested in sharing experience about that.
I also have posted this question on the ion community, but I have no reply yet.
