Hi,
can anyone please help??? I have been using the Illumina ChIP-Seq amplification kit for a while now and would like to move to the NEB kit. The NEB kit doesn't contain the primers/adapters and they suggested looking on this forum for the sequences, can anyone help???? Where would you normally order them from?? Do they need to be HPLC purified???? Many thanks |

See the attached file. Use PE adapters and PE PCR primers on page 3. You can order them from IDT and choose PAGE purification.

Note that for best results the bond between the last 2 bases on the 3' end must be a phosphothioate bond. Most oligo companies can do this. If you don't modify the oligo you will get adapter artifacts.
