Hello everyone,

I am just beginning my journey into ChIP and RNA sequencing. I am currently starting my second year as a postdoc at Washington U.

Currently I am working with sequence data from a number of ChIPs I've done using multiple histone modifications from cells treated with different conditions for different amounts of time. Finally I've also generated a lot of RNA sequence data from these same conditions and hope to analyze all of these together. I hope to interact and learn a lot over the next few years.
