Hi Community,
I tried today for the first time the Circulomics Size Selection Kit with DNA for a library for MinION.
I started with 5 µg DNA with known size (above 40kb, but with fragments lower 10kb)), but after the 30 minutes centrifuging I didn't see a pellet. I processed the sample after that as it was written in the protocol, but the Qubit said, I nearly lost all my sample.
Did I miss something? What can I improve to keep my DNA?
Do you have any other tipps I could follow?
