how can i custom local blast results like the threshole of the E-value and make it lower.

how to set query coverage treshold and sequence identity
As I run blast in results, those hit with even 1% coverage of query is included, how I can limit the results to at least 60% query coverage with percentage identity 80.

As I run impact in results, those hit with even 1% inclusion of question is incorporated, how I can confine the outcomes to at any rate 60% inquiry inclusion with rate character 80.
