Default Zika virus data from R9 available

Nick Loman's Zibra team has recently uploaded their Zika road trip data:

https://zibraproject.github.io/data/

These data are from R9 pores, and include basecalled sequences, event data, and raw signal.

If you're just interested in seeing what this data looks like, I'd recommend looking at one of the files with a smaller number of mapped reads, like this one, which has no bases at coverage >20 (25MB):

http://s3.climb.ac.uk/nanopore/zika_...2plex_NB04.tar

or this one, with 303 bases with coverage >20 (136MB):

http://s3.climb.ac.uk/nanopore/zika_...2plex_NB11.tar
