Default Reconstructing fragments from paired reads (Illumina)

This is a very basic question so I apologize in advance.

I want to get the sequences of the DNA fragments sequenced in the following paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25620396

Given the following reads how would one go about reconstructing the actual fragments? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=SRP047078

Thank you!
