Anyone run Ampliseq myeloid panel here?

I am looking for automation for library prep for Illumina Ampliseq myeloid panel. Any recommend? Anyone use biotek i5 here? How user-friendly is Biotek i5?

I would ask a few questions if anyone use the same protocol and use any automation lib prep.

Hey GA!

We are implementing the Panel in our lab - we have already automated everything other AmpliSeq protocols on the Biomek i7 and on the Hamilton MicroLab Star - performance is great so far!

How is the performance of the Myeloid Panel? We are currently experiencing a performance drop only for Myeloid DNA libraries - do you experience something similar?
