Hi all,

I used MACS on Chip seq data. Now, I must analyze about 30000 peaks.
How can I identify the peaks localization on the genome? Are there some programs??

I think you are trying to do annotation of peaks next. Several such tools exist, chippeakanno from the bioconductor project is one coming to mind, but I am sure there are others.
