The highest temperature tolerated by cross-linked chromatin

Hi guys,

I am suffering a troublesome issues these days.

I hope to find the best temperature for the digestion of cross-linked chromatin and it seems the higher the temperature, the more activate it is. But the problem turns out to be that the cross-linked chromatin would be disrupted by high temperature. So I am wondering whether there are someone testing the highest temperature that cross-linked chromatin can stay.
