Angry RNA Nano bioanalyzer chip

I am using RNA Nano bioanalyzer chip to assess the quality of the total RNA after isolation using Trizol and purification using Qiagen column. Unfortunately all the peaks in BA graphs look shifted i.e. they are late migrating. I am using the BA system which is just one year old and all the diagnostic tests look fine. What could be the possible reason for this?

I posted a fix for this (fairly common) issue previously here.

See if that will work for you.
