Default Construct DNA libraries from as little as 1 ng of DNA

With Bioo Scientific’s NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Kit now you can construct libraries from as little as 1 ng of DNA. The enzymatic steps in the NEXTflex ChIP-Seq kit take advantage of Bioo Scientific’s proprietary NanoQ™ low input binding enzymes which have been designed for use with low amounts of DNA input material.

The kit now offers an easy gel-free protocol too. The bead-based protocol reduces the required sample prep time by 2 hours and allows for complete automation of library prep.

Multiplexing options include sets of 6, 12, 24, 48 or 96 unique barcodes.
