Default crossmatch speed?

Hey folks,

Does anyone know if there are parameters that you can set when running cross_match within consed to speed things up? Its taking forever to search through my assembly with 9 contigs (N50 ~1Mb), and using only one core and not much memory. Wondering if there's some way to feed it juice it up and get things moving faster...

Thx!
Lizzy
