Default Conversion of RefSeq coordinates to genomic coordinates

Dear Forum,

This is my first thread in this Forum and I am pretty new to Bioinformatics. My problem is that I need convert genomic (chromosome) coordiantes to specific RefSeq coordinates. I know that there is the NCBI remapping function, but I would need to perform this conversion without internet-connection and for any custom sequence. I have been going through all sorts of forums, but never found solutions to my problem. Does anyone have an idea how to solve that?

Many Thanks,
Roman
