I'm hoping to get some comments on this trace. The sample was prep'd using the Illumina RNA protocol. This is the trace from the resulting 200bp cDNA on Agilent Bioanalyser (DNA 1000). I was wondering if I should be worried about the "tail" on the right-hand side of the peak and if people had seen that kind of profile before. Thanks!
