Cool Hi.. oh so many questions...

Hi,
I am new to NGS. Currently trying to prep my DNA for ChIP-Seq. With some success. Yet, did not even get to PCR to validate my targets. But, I got a great idea !!! Another researcher already done ChiP-Seq on my protein (in different cell line). So, I think while I am fighting with the protocol, I can already start analyzing data, pretending this is what I get in the end .. The problem is, I even do not know where to start! I found the record for that ChIP-Seq on ncbi and then.. shall I use FindPeaks?? or? May be you can refer me to the thread where I can read how to start.
Thank you
