After a few successful runs on our BluePippin, it is now repeatedly failing calibration. There's nothing in the manual about what to do if calibration fails - SageScience's support pages are hopeless and they haven't responded to emails.
Does anyone with one of these units know if calibration errors can be resolved by the user (altering settings, etc) or does the machine require an engineer visit/send back to Sage?
