    Why there is more reads in BAM file than I can see in tview?

    Hello group,

    Why I can extract more reads from bam files that I can see in 'samtools tview'???
    How to force 'samtools tview' to extract same number of reads I can see in tview?
    Or how to force tview to show all reads?

    Is it depend on MAPQ field value? if yes, please tell me how?
