My first post so be gentle!
I'm trying to get Pindel up and running and started an analysis with .bam files from Miseq. I'm getting an error msg back that indicates the insert and read length cannot be the same. The primer designs (amp primers) will create inserts of 100-200 bases plus or minus 20 bases or so. My reads were paired. I set the insert size as 250. What am I doing wrong?
