Default RNA-Seq analysis experience

Hi,

I would like to know a little bit about your experience in RNA-Seq analysis, specially for those using ERANGE. How long did it take you to use the pipeline, generate your data and understand the results to start performing your analysis ? I know it varies a lot considering experience of each one, but just to have a rough idea to plan my work.

Thanks.
