i7 or i5 indexes for single indexing

Hello everyone,

I prepared my library by Nextera XT kits (Illumina, Inc.). Therefore, I had a dual-indexing library. Unluckily, I have to set up sequencing protocol for single indexing library because of my experiment, that mean only one kind of index will be read as the Index Read 1. Which is the index I need declare to MiniSeq system? i7 or i5 indexes?
