Default How to parse this kind of BLAST output

Hi, I export matched reads from software MEGAN (http://ab.inf.uni-tuebingen.de/software/megan5/)

In megan, it's called "human readable blast format." (it's similar to xml format). I want to parse it and convert to txt or csv file.

I only need query sequence name, match NCBI species name (GI), bit score and evalue.

Anyone knows how to do this?

I attached an example.
Thanks
