Default Average coverage in exome sequencing.

At the moment I am programming Python scripts, which the average coverage score of a region is being calculated.

Unfortunately, the average values per region are too low. The reason of this can be that a tissue is that exome sequenced.

So, these average coverages of exome sequencing have to be converted.

The question is: What is the conversion formula for doing that?
