  • Webinar on Quality Control of NGS Data - FREE

Sort the wheat from the chaff before making your bread!

Quality control (QC) is an essential step before analyzing NGS data. It is important to learn how to perform QC effectively because the presence of bad reads can distort your analysis results and prolong your efforts.

In this webinar, we will walk you through the QC steps in Avadis NGS. First, we will show you various QC visualizations (example below) to efficiently determine how good (or bad) the reads in your data are. Then, we will explain how to use the QC filtering steps to remove bad quality reads. Once you have performed the QC steps, your data will be ready for analysis.

There is a session scheduled for Europe and Asia, and a different session for North and South America. Choose the webinar time that suits you best and register for free:

We hope to see you there!
