i am startin this thread so maybe every person having a problem and a choice between price and quality/result should ask it here
as i am starting with whole project i have a few qs
1) manual or robot for pcr preparation/qc/... - if robot which ?
2) reagents enrichment kits ? can i use other companies kits for miseq if so which and which are cheaper which are better which are the most cost effective ?
3) what additional software and/or hardware i need to have to make it fully operational ?
