Hi all!
Since sequence capturing is a powerful tool for enrichment of desired sequence fragments, I'd like to ask for experiences for the technique.
As far as I know, there's Sequence Capture of Roche Nimblegen, SureSelect of Agilent, and HybSelect of Febit. May somebody tell me the informations of those techniques (or other capturing techniques I don't yet know), considering:
Compatibility with barcoding/indexing (I think Roche and Agilent both claim that they can't combine with barcoding but actually someone does that, and Febit says they can combine with barcoding);
Efficiency and Specificity;
Capacity (how many Mbp);
Minimum requirements of DNA quantity for capturing;
Bias (between different regions and between samples, if pooling and barcoding are used);
Price (per capturing, and mininum times of capture reagents per ordering)
?
Or if you can share any kind of experience from using them.
Thanks a lot!
