    Creating Gene Sets - CummeRbund

    Hi,

    Can someone please advise me on this CummeRbund issue?

    When creating a Gene Set in cummeRbund with the following:

    > data(sampleData)
    > myGeneIds <- sampleIDs
    > myGeneIds

    The command produces: CuffGeneSet instance for 20 genes

    Is it possible to to obtain a 2nd sample of 20 different genes from the same data set? or is it possible to create a large gene set of > 20 genes?
