NovaSeq 6000

We recently acquired a NovaSeq in August (we had been using HiSeq 2500's previously) Being a brand new instrument and the cost alone, I had anticipated no problems. However, it went down in September (less than a month in operation) with CE engine compute problems and now again just recently with power supply issues to a computing board. Repairs have been slow resulting in down times for a week or more, which is detrimental for a Clinical sequencing lab, such as ours. I am curious, has anyone else had problems with the NovaSeq system?
