Default Sequel Kit V3.0

Have anyone used the new kit version V3.0 on Sequel and sequenced >15kb, >20kb and >30kb libraries? It will be nice to get a general feedback from around the globe on this especially from Independent labs and service providers.

The new library prep kit just became available - it will be best to compare the data with the new kit.

V3 chemistry so far produces significant longer polymerase reads, given good DNA samples. The polymerase seems very robust and and much less likely to get fried in the laser light.
