    Pauda and Uniprot

    Dear all,

    I have successfully used the program pauda, which mimics blastx using bowtie2 and some funky conversions, to build an index with the complete Uniprot database.

    However the mapping stage fails.

    Has anyone else used Pauda successfully, and what was the maximum size of database you mapped against ?
