Hi,
I have had this account for a while but this is my first time posting. I am a bioinformatics scientist. I perform analysis as well as develop pipelines and custom solutions. I like to develop new things and make workflows faster, more flexible, more robust and easy to use. I am most frustrated when the original developer of a software/workflow doesn't provide proper documentation or error logging on their product (looking at you, Illumina) and the user is stuck picking up the pieces. I hope to strengthen my understanding of NGS and bioinformatics tools through online communication.
