    Fungal High MW DNA extraction - Suggestions for kit solution

    Hi all,

    In our lab we have a working protocol for extraction of high quality DNA giving more than 50 microgram DNA at least 30-50 kb long for genome sequencing.

    However we are interested in replacing this with a kit giving sort of the same quality/quantity. I've been looking into available kits suitable of giving > 50 microgram fungal gDNA at least 30 kb long, but haven't found any good options.

    Does any of you have good suggestions for kits to try out.
