I have run the pick_open_reference_otus.py on my data and generated the biom files and final_OTU_maps from this. When I try to run the summarize_taxa_through_plots.py, I am getting this error:
"ValueError: BIOM table does not contain any observation metadata (e.g., taxonomy). You can add metadata to it using the 'biom add-metadata' command"
Am I missing something about adding observation metadata to the file? Where in the files I generated would the observational data be? I have a feeling I am missing a step in my processing pipeline.
