- Construction of Next-Generation DNA Sequencing libraries for multiple sequencing platforms
- New end existing sequencing product development
We seek demonstrated accomplishment in some or all of the following skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of molecular biology lab skills
- Sterile technique
- Enzymatic manipulations
- Gel electrophoresis and extraction
- cDNA synthesis
- RNA techniques
- PCR
