Default Do we load more DNA on MiSeq v3 chip?

Hi all,

I have been using 250bp PE. Since the v2 chip able to accommodate 30M reads while the v3 can do 50M reads, does it mean we should load more DNA on the v3 chip to achieve the same cluster density?

I'm half tempted to just reply with RTFM, but I'll be kinder and say that if you're unsure then look on Illumina's support site for their new denaturing guidelines for using the V3 MiSeq kits.

Thank you SNPsaurus, that is so much more useful than RTFM. I am sorry that my question offended mcnelson.phd.
