Is anyone running the new IIx upgrade experiencing condensation problems with the new reagent cooler? The new cooler box that holds the 175mL conical reagent tubes keeps collecting so much condensation that it is leaking into the instrument. The solution from tech support was to mop up the puddle with a paper towel. If others are experiencing this problem, what are you doing other than constantly soaking up the liquid with paper towels?
Thanks |
