Default Load Your Genome Into CoGe

Hi Everyone,

I am a developer for the CoGe (COmparative GEnomics) project. We'd like to announce some new features in CoGe that enable you to load your own draft genome and compare/visualize it against our database of ~20,000 genomes. You can choose to keep your data private or share with other users in CoGe.

Here's a link to a demo we gave at PAG last month:

And a brief overview of CoGe:

To check out CoGe please visit To load your own data into the system you will need an iPlant account (instructions available at the site).

Would you mind providing a PDF of the PAG presentation for those of us not having access to the keynote program?

Thanks for the suggestion. Because the slides contain embedded screencast videos I converted them into a Quicktime video. See the demo link above.
