Hey guys,
I've been approached by my FAS to try out the newest RTA beta for the MiSeq that is supposed to work better with low-diversity (aka 16S) libraries. I don't want to get into a discussion about it in the open forum, but if anyone else has tried it would you mind PMing me? I'd like to get some impressions from other users before I commit the time to trying it out myself. |
