I have produced trees from different tools, I need to compare each tree to another to see the differences and similarities. I need to do this in a graphic way in the sense that every specie has to be collapsed into a phylum which they belong, then compare how the position of each phylum has changed in other trees, also take note of species which behave differently (maybe they fell into another phylum node), in the end the trees will be placed next to each other and the differences will be obvious.
I can do this mannually but because i have a large dataset i need a phylogenetic software that can automate it. thanks |
