Default microRNA expression from TCGA

I want to analyze the microRNA BRCA expression for certain patient IDs from TCGA data portal. I have downloaded the level 3 data using miRNAseq filter. But I am not sure how to process the data or get the expression data. I searched for one patient ID and downloaded mirna quantification and isoform quantification text files under the level 3 folder.
I searched in TCGA user guide but did not find or may have missed how to get expression values.
Can someone please help me?

Thanks so much!

P.S I found Expression-miRNA in, but I don't see a file in the download folder

We have made the Breast Cancer microRNA level 3 data freely available as part of a free preview of GenePool's premium content. This data is prepped and ready to analyze in GenePool.
