Hi,
I am searching for software (both, commercial and open-source) that would allow me to analyse NGS data from molecular inversion probes (MIPs) sequencing experiments. Do you know any? I am aware of the vendors solution for Agilent HaloPlex HS and Roche HEAT-Seq but are there third-party tools or companies to analyse such data? Thanks in advance. |

Commencial - SeqNext (I bought it , never tried it yet, but I've heard it manages MIPs). It is very expensive though. A licence for life cost me 17000 euro.
