Hi all--
I was wondering if users of the small RNA sample prep might be willing to share actual gel images (and associated gel information such as what type of gel, whether they are bar coded, size of expected product, what voltage it was run, for how long...so on and so forth) of the final product from sample prep? The platform we are using is Illumina (GAII and HiSeq), but we'd welcome Solid platform sample prep images also, as we are in the position to jump from one to the other if need be. I know this is a lot to ask, and I thank everybody in advance for sharing! Kaisee |
