Hi guys,
I was wondering how cuffdiff handles multithreads, basically the -p option.
I'm right now at this step:
"Inspecting maps and determining fragment length distributions"
is this step multithreading? because right now even if I set -p 24, I get just 1 core out of 32 working. Is it that normal?
Thanks!!!
