Howdy all,
Looking for lower cost alternatives to SeqScript. I realize a big portion of the cost is tied up in the Ribo Zero depletion reagent, so I'm also considering lower cost alternatives to Ribo Zero although I've found at least one comparison study to Ribo Minus and others that shows Ribo Zero is far superior.
We are doing RNAseq in gram positive bacteria, for reference. Curious if anyone has any experience with KAPA Biosystems RNAseq products, or other lower cost alternative providers. We are also considering a switch to TruSeq.
Appreciate any information,
