Which is d best software to analyse Illumina Infinium Chips other than GenomeStudio?

Dear Folks, I am from a group who frequently does Illumina Infinium chip analysis for large sets of Plant species. Sometimes its Diploid, while sometime Polyploids. We have been using Illumina GenomeStudio Software for the analysis but as many are aware its very tedious and tough almost near impossible each time to validate 50Ks of allele call by manual checking and correction. Is there any better software tool that are more automated and Accurate.
