Default how to make this kind of mapping figure

I've used mirDeep2 to mapping small rna to reference genome and get corresponding data. But I don't know how to making figure like below with these data. could andboy help? 3xs in advance.

Looks like a custom R plot. You'd have to learn to use R:

Very powerful and worth learning for graphics and statistics.
