Generating Ethnic-Specific maps of Linkage Disequilbrium

Hello everyone,

I searched through the archives but only found a post like this one that was never answered. Here is my question:

I was hoping to look at Linkage disequilbirum in certain portions of chromosome 3 in African Americans.

Are there any tools that have already done this or will do this for a given ethnicity? For example, could I look at chr3 in ASW and find the LD block structure?
