    Finding CNVs in tumors, no control, WES - Which programs should I use?

    Hi everyone,

    I need to find CNVs in several samples analyzed by Whole Exome Sequencing. The thing is, there is no control sample and they are tumoral.

    Which is the best program for it? I am getting crazy, as this is very specific, and not all the programs or algorithms may deal with these parameters. For example Conifer, is not recommended for tumoral samples.
